Stuffed Chicken Piemontese

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

4 – 4 to 6 oz ………..Chicken Breast
4 slices ………………..Provolone Cheese
4 slices ………………..Prosciutto Ham
4 slices ………………..Asparagus
4 slices ………………..Bacon
1 cup …………………..White wine
1 cup …………………..Balsamic Vinegar
1 stick …………………Butter
1 Tsp.. …………………Salt
As Needed……………Chicken Seasoning

Instruction:

Preheat the oven for 350º.
Lightly pound chicken breast and cook in a large saucepan with butter, white wine and balsamic vinegar. Remove and place it in baking pan. Top with slice of provolone cheese, Prosciutto ham and roll in with poached asparagus and wrap with bacon and lightly season. Bake it in preheated oven on 350º for 15 minutes.
