Food & Health

Meet our health coaching team;

In an effort to continue serving healthy food and educating our community with healthy eating we have engaged a professional relation with couple of important people in our community.

Dr. Su Fairchild,

Dr. Su Farichild graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Bemidji State University in 1992, and then went on to the Medical College of Pennsylvania to get her MD degree. She is Board certified in Family Medicine.

Over the next decade, she practiced as a primary care provider in Pennsylvania. During those 10 years, she served as Medical Director of a large primary care practice and as Vice-Chairman of Monongahela Valley Hospital’s Pain Management Committee.

In her ten years of practice as a conventional medical doctor, she slowly realized the limits of conventional medicine, especially in the treatment of chronic disease. Dr. Su’s desire to do more for her patients eventually led her to Integrative Medicine.

Dr. Su entered into a top Integrative Medicine fellowship program at KUMC in Kansas City and trained under some of the best orthomolecular practitioners in the field, Doctors Jeanne Drisko and Garrett Sullivan.

Dr. Sue says; “If I make a criticism of conventional medicine, it is not out of blind prejudice, but rather out of personal experience.” She continues; “Integrative Medicine is not just a career for me; it is both a calling and a lifestyle. As a holistic healer, I strongly believe that proper nutrition is the foundation for health, and I try as best I can to practice everything I preach.”

Many of her research and findings can be found on her blog

Live in love, peace, and joy.
